Mod - Teflon hinges, click bond hinge screws and hidden rudder belhorn.

Traced around the head of a click bond using the original hinge screw hole.   Then used the dremel router attachment to counter sink the click bond head.   The click bond heads were roughed up and notched before glassing in.  A wooden block was drilled to hold the click bonds in place and aligned.

2 BID and peel ply over the click bonds.  Wooden blocks were drilled and placed on the inside temporarily to hold the click bonds in place.
